I rummaged through eight different characters and picked one of my original favorites George the Ape. King of the World mode is similar, but this game mode stretches into other cities. The next mode is King of the City, where you compete against other players to try and dominate the city. Pairing up is fun in this mode because you work together to smack down cities, unlock new playable characters, and upgrade your monster with special new abilities. Campaign Mode allows you to play alone, or with a partner. There were four modes to choose from from the get go. As much as I was itching to try out the original game, the newly improved Total Destruction had me far too excited to keep it on hold.
